Pickup Option 

We offer a pickup option at our Vancouver location or local delivery within the Greater Vancouver area. We will notify you with the pickup details once your order is ready. 

Shipping Option 

Please verify your shipping address before completing your purchase. We are not responsible for items lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Shipping Fee: A $30 flat rate applies to all orders shipping throughout Canada and the United States.

Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days excluding weekends and holidays.

Shipping Method: We use UPS for all shipments. A tracking number will be provided once your order has been shipped.

Delivery Time: Delivery times vary based on your location. After processing, please allow up to 7 business days for your order to arrive. 

International Shipping: We currently ship to customers within Canada and the United States. We do not offer shipping outside of these countries at this time.

Shipping Insurance: Shipping insurance is optional and insured for their full value via UPS Insurance.
